"Tracy Moore, you know, you saved my sanity. I will be completely frank, my home was in need of some repairs. For example, my roof needed to be replaced and I needed to have my home repainted. I’ve been putting it off for years, So in order for them to renew my homeowners insurance, some repairs needed to be done. No, it’s not something that a homeowner looks forward to, but like I said it had to be done, so with much stress I had everybody working on the house. It was coming down to the wire, I was getting notifications about my insurance being canceled… I’m not gonna lie I probably left two voicemails crying about it. Tracy was immediate to respond and reassure me that everything was gonna be fine. (Casey too, On a Saturday). "I just recently switched over to State Farm from Geico. My monthly bill had gotten outrageous with them. $430 for just 2 vehicles. When I reached out to get a quote, Paco got in touch with me and my experience thus far has been absolutely AMAZING!!!! Paco has been so informative and kind and the guy is funny too lol! He took the time to hear me out and what I needed and even educated me on some things I didn’t know that will actually benefit me. I have now officially made the switch and have both my vehicles and renters insurance paying about $150 LESS than what I was with Geico!
